Since the beginning, Titan Coatings has been a family owned and operated business. And while not everyone here shares the same family tree, we all share a deeply rooted passion for our company and our industry. Around here, we don’t have an overseas investor or a group of a shareholders to report to. Just a group of down-to-earth people that still believes deals are settled with handshakes. And just because someone has a title like “president” or “manager” on their business card, it doesn’t mean they’re sitting in a corner office or holed up in a board room. In fact, it means there’s a good chance they are in the trenches actively communicating with the manufacturing team and technical group, working to develop new products and processes to better serve our customers.
