SYSTEM:

The ALUMABOND FX Premium spray-applied paint system manufactured by Titan Coatings, Inc. is an industrial baking enamel coating designed for architectural aluminum extrusion applications requiring good exterior performance and exceptional forming and bending capabilities. This system uses a tough, high-molecular weight linear proprietary resin technology, which provides improved coating flexibility without sacrificing scratch and scuff resistance, and only premium exterior grade, heat, and U.V. resistant pigmentation. ALUMABOND FX has good exterior durability, chalk, and stain resistance, and outstanding aluminum adhesion and post forming flexibility.

COMMERCIAL:

ALUMABOND FX coatings can be formulated in a wide range of glosses and colors, and are specially formulated for overall superior electrostatic coating line application. Coating can be applied single coat over cleaned and treated aluminum formulated to less than 3.5 lbs/gal. VOC. ALUMABOND FX is an excellent choice for extrusion applications that require extreme all-weather bending and consistent performance with varying profile bend radii.
