SYSTEM:

The ALUMABOND HS premium spray applied paint system manufactured by Titan Coatings, Inc. is an industrial polyester baking enamel designed for aluminum extrusion applications. ALUMABOND HS delivers AAMA 2603 compliance, and because it is engineered with high solids, offers the greatest degree of front-end forgiveness. It is tough – premium exterior grade U.V. to maintain color, and scratch resistant proprietary resins to deliver exterior durability and cleanability. But it is also friendlier to the environment with industry leading VOC of <2.6 lbs/gal and easier going on, with higher blister resistance resulting in much less wasted metal.

COMMERCIAL:

ALUMABOND HS coatings can be formulated in a wide range of glosses and colors, and are specially formulated for difficult profile penetration and coverage, wide DFT applications, and overall superior electrostatic coating line applications. Coating can be applied single coat or over primer and formulated to meet demanding VOC regulations (< 2.6 lbs/gal). ALUMABOND HS is an excellent choice for interior and exterior construction products.
