SYSTEM:

The ULTRABRITE LG coil coating system manufactured by Titan Coatings, Inc. is a low gloss coil coating with a matte finish designed specifically for LED lighting fixture applications. This interior/exterior system uses a proprietary, refractive, index-modified polymer formulation and a special optical grade of TiO2 (titanium dioxide) for optimal whiteness, brightness, and total visible light reflectance. ULTRABRITE LG is uniquely formulated to facilitate trouble-free, high line speed, high dry film thickness coil processing, and is RoHs approved.

COMMERCIAL:

ULTRABRITE LG provides the highest reflectivity available at the lowest application films resulting in superior economics and can be formulated in a range of low glosses as required.  Coating is applied over a base coat of 311-4011 ULTRABRITE® PL and works well on a wide variety of metal substrates including: aluminum, HDG, ZnAl, cold rolled, and stainless steels. ULTRABRITE LG has consistent zero-T formability over all substrates.  The paint film is non-yellowing and has excellent U.V. and heat resistance making it a preferred choice for LED lighting reflector, housing, and cabinet applications.
